I had such a wonderful experience at the Spring location! The front desk team, Queeny, Liz, and Cassidy, were absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming, friendly, professional, and genuinely made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell they truly care about the people who come through their doors and take pride in creating a positive experience. Exceptional customer service and such a lovely team. Highly recommend this location! ❤️ Girls.... You are the best!!!

I highly recommend Hughes & Cozad for your family’s orthodontic needs. My daughter just got her braces off after 1.5 yrs. The level of care and compassion was top notch. Everyone we encountered , from the front desk to the backdoor, treated us with excellence client care from day 1 throughout the entire journey. Their points system allowed my daughter to accumulate enough for a whitening kit and a 20$ gift card after the braces came off. There were no hidden fees and surprises. Everything was included: braces and bracket changes, power bands, xrays, retainers - all of it. Bri, her main Orthodontic Assistant, was a joy and made my kid comfortable and and just has the most disposition! I can’t say enough. NO NOTES!

Dr Cozad and staff are awesome! This office feels like family. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. My child had a dental emergency and they helped us out greatly which eased my stress at that moment. While it was disruptive to their day, they never acted like it and handled it very professionally. Braces have been a great experience. My kiddo has felt very empowered to take care of these and have a great outcome. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service. Great location by the two school was well. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience from the time I brought my son in for a consultation all the way to start his treatment. Nicole has been beyond amazing and extremely helpful. My son got his braces today and April has been such a HUGE help and relief to make my son feel comfortable. I truly believe that I picked the best orthodontist for my son’s treatment! Hughes & cozad goes above and beyond!

We had such an amazing experience at Hughes & Cozad in Spring, TX (77386) that I had to share. From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely caring. Dr. Cozad was absolutely wonderful with my son. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made him feel comfortable, and treated him with such patience and kindness. As a mom, that meant everything to me. Mary, the dental assistant, was just as incredible. She was gentle, attentive, and really helped ease my son’s nerves throughout the visit. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. And Quency at the front desk was so warm and helpful. She made the check-out process fun and enjoyable. It’s not always easy finding a dental office you can fully trust with your child, but this team exceeded all expectations. I’m so grateful for the care they provided and would highly recommend them to any family looking for a compassionate and professional dental experience. Thank you all again for taking such great care of my son!
